We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to our Israeli office, ready to play a key role in expanding our Video business within the Advertising technology field.
This position entails focus on Video activity, requiring tech-orientation and understanding of video terms, trends, eco-system, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage international clients and communicate with them on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Focus on acquiring new Video partners, managing & scaling relationships
  • Ensure the technical and business related issues handled quickly and appropriately
  • Create and manage leads, convert leads into clients
  • Grow accounts, upsell, maintain control over account status and progress
  • Responsible for ongoing performance analysis, optimization, and payments handling
  • Support clients and prioritize open issues and tasks
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Product and R&D

 

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
• Owner of product features roadmaps from end to end
• Ensure success and growth of the product
• Work closely with engineering, design and marketing teams to plan, build and launch high quality product
• Analyze competitors research, creating requirement’s, UI/XU &flow, wireframes, defining AB test
• Analyze the success of the feature once its realesed to production
