We are looking for an entrepreneurial, proactive, extremely motivated and outgoing self-starter for the position of Sales & Accounts Executive. This role plays a critical part in carrying out growth strategy by developing and growing relationships with qualified partners involved in the Video Digital advertising technology and media space.  The role entails building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Sales & Accounts Executive’s role is a dynamic, hands-on role that works closely with nearly every group in the company including engineering, operations and finance. This individual will be responsible for generating sales leads, pursuing revenue growth opportunities all the way through closing business deals in North America. This role will also assume the day-to-day management North America customer base, and will be responsible for successfully managing customer relationships to ensure successful delivery on customer’s goals on an ongoing basis, as well as identify and act upon all growth opportunities and provide excellent service.

Sales Duties:

  • Identify and develop revenue-generating opportunities and turn them into active business relationships
  • Leverage personal network in the field of Video Advertising and Media to create a steady stream of sales leads
  • Engage potential customers and partners in dialog, assess opportunities and execute on all tasks necessary to secure the business
  • Optimize the effectiveness of existing relationships by monitoring customer usage patterns, analyzing deal performance and identifying areas to drive future growth & improvement

Account Management Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day contact and communications with active customers
  • Know and understand customer business model, roadmap, goals, business climate and media strategy
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Closely monitor and provide hands-on support for customer on-boarding and ongoing growth

Skills & Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities

The Solutions Engineer’s role is a dynamic, hands-on role that works closely with many groups in the company including sales, engineering, and operations. This individual will provide pre and post-sale support and support the sale and integration process, working closely with the sales and customer success teams. The Solutions Engineer will understand the technical requirements of prospective and existing customers, design solutions that deliver business and technical value, provide detailed product demonstrations and training and guide prospects, customers and business partners through integration and implementation. The position requires a strong background in ad-serving architecture and methodology. This individual must have the ability to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ideal candidates will be intimately familiar with online ad-serving technology and services.

Develop an in-depth technical and business knowledge of the capabilities of our products and services

  • Provide technical support on pre and post -sale calls and meetings including technical discussions, demos, presentations and POCs
  • Know and understand customer business model, roadmap, goals, business climate and media strategy
