Cedato Announces Key Leadership Hires and the Opening of a New York Office

New York, January 18, 2016: Cedato, the leading provider of predictive modeling software for digital video, is pleased to announce three appointments to the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer and General Manager, North America, together with the opening of a New York office.

Adi Vaxman, appointed as General Manager, North America, joins Cedato following years of experience in leading technology organizations. Prior to Cedato, Adi co-founded Tripda, a global ride sharing service that raised $11M in venture capital and ramped up 150K users within six months. In 2013 she served as COO at Gett (formerly GetTaxi) where she launched the New York City operations for the popular e-hailing app. Previously, Adi served as Senior Director of Business Operations at Kaltura following senior positions in leading technology organizations, where she filled key roles in strategy, team management and deployment. Adi holds a MBA from Cornell University, a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Economics and a B.Sc. in Biology and Psychology both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Dvir Doron, appointed as Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer, brings a wealth of business and marketing leadership experience in the video, media and security spaces. Until recently, Dvir served as co-founder and CEO of Exoview, an ad-tech startup specializing in big data optimization. Previously, Dvir filled the role of General Manager at Artimedia, a premium programmatic video ad platform. Prior to Artimedia, he served as CMO at Artivision, as well as the General Manager of its Media Division. He previously filled the role of VP Marketing at ioimage, where he built one of the strongest video analytics brands. Dvir holds an MBA degree and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science, both from Tel Aviv University.

David Sahar is Cedato’s newly appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He previously was CFO at Nextage, a financial services firm where he managed financial, legal and international taxation issues for technology companies. From 2012, David headed the corporate accounting department at Bizportal, where he was responsible for finance, due diligence and tax reporting. Prior to Bizportal David filled key CPA positions dealing with capital market projects for public and hi-tech companies. David holds a B.A in Accounting, Management and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University.
