We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to our Israeli office, ready to play a key role in expanding our Video business within the Advertising technology field.
This position entails focus on Video activity, requiring tech-orientation and understanding of video terms, trends, eco-system, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage international clients and communicate with them on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Focus on acquiring new Video partners, managing & scaling relationships
  • Ensure the technical and business related issues handled quickly and appropriately
  • Create and manage leads, convert leads into clients
  • Grow accounts, upsell, maintain control over account status and progress
  • Responsible for ongoing performance analysis, optimization, and payments handling
  • Support clients and prioritize open issues and tasks
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Product and R&D

 

Qualifications:

As a Back End engineer, you will be helping the team to build micro-services infrastructure in massive scale.
Responsibilities:
– Design and implementation of highly available cloud-scale services
– Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
– Building reusable code and libraries for future use
– Automate solutions and optimize outcomes focusing on data engineering, continuous integration and continuous deployment.

Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience specifying, configuring and deploying Linux Backend solutions
– Knowledge of Database concepts and SQL language
– Experience with message or event driven architectures (such as Kafka)

  • Identify market trends and understand client business goals to determine ideal solutions and products
  • Create and execute sales pitches and presentations
